Dishoom caf s are bustling spaces where people come together to break down barriers and share in a love of Bombay food and culture. Each of our restaurants pay homage to old Irani caf s and are deeply rooted in some aspect of Bombay history.
Our Edinburgh caf sits within a stunning 1920s-era listed building and honours the academic pursuits of Sir Patrick Geddes – a Scottish botanist, sociologist, town planner who founded the department of Sociology & Civics at Bombay University.

We’re looking for strong, energetic and helpful people to join us as a Food Runner. You’re a real team player, consistently delivering huge trays of food and drinks to our guests, ensuring all special requests (e.g. allergies) are taken care of.

What to expect
- Contracted minimum 40 hours per week, across 5 days.
- Average pay up to 13 – 13.50 per hour inclusive of Tronc
- Weekly changing rota, requiring flexibility Monday – Sunday.
- We’re an all day dining Cafe, providing daytime and evening shifts.
- Smart casual dress guidelines – trainers of your choice are a must have!
