Careers Advice

Careers Advice

At Edinburgh College we want all our students to realise their full potential by moving onto the right career or course – either while still at College or after you have left. The College provides a number of resources to guide you through this process. This includes Careers Advisers (employed by Skills Development Scotland) who will advise you on all aspects of career planning including CVs, preparing for interviews and career options.

The Careers Adviser at the Sighthill campus is Aneta Cairney. Alison Womersley is the Careers Adviser at Granton and Joy Kauffmann works at both our Milton Road and Midlothian campuses.

If you would like to make an appointment with the Careers Adviser at your campus please speak to Student Services.

If you have now left College you can contact Skills Development Scotland by phoning them on 0131 718 2040 or visiting  their office at 79 Shandwick Place, Edinburgh EH2 4SD. Their office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9 am – 5 pm and Wednesday 10.30 am – 5 pm.
