About the Role
Our Experience Support Assistants will ensure the smooth operation of the end-to-end customer journey throughout Johnnie Walker Princes Street, assisting and liaising with the Experience Ambassadors in order to provide a world-class visitor experience.
You’ll carry out a multitude of back of house tasks including preparation, set-up, re-stocking, organising equipment and supplies. You will ensure the professional preparation, organisation and execution of customer experiences within the guided tours, retail and tasting bars.
