Casual Events Staff (Waiting & Bar)

Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £7.83 – £8.21 per hour

We have Major Sport events, concerts, conferences taking place in BT Murrayfield this season therefore we are currently on the lookout for experienced events candidates. (Waiting & Bar)
We offer the opportunity to work as much or as little as you would like and at the events YOU choose. We also pay weekly so no need to wait until the end of the month!
This is a great opportunity to meet new people, earn extra money whilst experiencing some of the best events in Scotland including, Edinburgh Rugby games, The 6 Nations and Glitterfest.

Summary of Role
Our Events Staff is responsible for greeting and serving customers in a professional, warm, friendly and genuine manner. Also responsible for preparing and serving a range of beverages and foods in line with client requirements and Elior UK standards.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
- Operate the till point as required throughout service, ensuring correct procedures are used
- Ensure all complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures
- Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
- Maintain client and Elior UK confidentiality and security at all times
- Attend briefing sessions and attend site meetings when required
