We are looking for someone who can commit to 20 hours per week. Being flexible would be a great plus!
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days – this means we can offer great flexibility if required. At Kimpton we encourage our Team Members to Be Yourself and Lead Yourself! We will be there to support you each step of the way.
We are paying 12.10 per hour plus service charge, all overtime is paid for.
As a Bartender your main duties and responsibilities will be ensuring high quality guest experience through the creation of unique and exciting cocktails, interacting with our guests to share your knowledge of various Beers, Wines and Spirits. You will also be assisting the wider F&B team to provide timely service! To smash this role out of the park, the key skills & experience you’ll ideally already have are:
- Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Bartender or Mixologist
- Knowledge of Wines, Beers, Spirits and Cocktails – excited by being creative and sharing your skills with others
- Passion for providing an excellent guest service, you will be someone who enjoys interacting with guests to ensure they are having a uniquely personal experience!
- A personal license (highly beneficial)
- Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
