Job Description
We are recruiting for 1:1 support workers for disabled children in the City of Edinburgh Council Playscheme Service, which is run in partnership with The Yard during school holidays.
What are we looking for?
- Someone who is fun, energetic and enthusiastic.
- Someone who is responsible and caring.
- Do you have a formal qualification like First Aid? Perfect!
- You will need excellent communications skills.
- Do you have a talent for sports, dance, music or art and craft? Great! These skills all add great value to our playscheme experience.This role is ideal for people who have some free time over the school holidays, like teachers, students, carers and learning assistants.
- We are looking for anyone who has previous experience working with disabled children. This unique role is energetic, lots of fun and truly rewarding.
