- Maintain stock levels, manage margins, and control costs with accuracy
- Drive performance across sales, safety, and brand standards
- Uphold the highest health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Support the wider management team with innovation, leadership, and forward-thinking strategy
You’ve Got the Leading Role If You Have…
- Previous experience in a kitchen management or leadership role
- Confidence in leading a team, communicating clearly, and solving challenges
- Knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and inventory control
- Passion for quality, detail, and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Willingness to complete our in-house management training and development programme
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends – when the action is live and the pace is high

- Guaranteed 48-hour contract
- Annual performance-based bonus scheme
- Enhanced pension scheme and optional private medical insurance
- Access to the Aspire Leadership Programme and exclusive leadership events
- Structured development pathways and apprenticeship opportunities
- 50% discount on food for you and up to five guests
