Teens +

 A transitional education extra needs support programme for young people with learning difficulties, autism and complex communication needs

 

Post: Project Workers

Salary: £20,475

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)

We help young adults with additional support needs to realise their potential by providing person centred education, life and social skills.

We are currently expanding our service and we are looking for passionate people who want to make a difference to join our Project Worker Team. You will work alongside our Centre Manger, the Education Team and Senior Project Workers to provide support and development for our students, each of whom have their own special talents and support needs. You will be able to inspire the people you work with, make a difference in their life and enhance their skills to enable them to reach their fullest potential.
