Desirable skills
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential as we provide training to all new employees
- Ability to multi-task and provide support in all areas of the business wherever is required
- Ability to study our menu and be able to sell our local seafood with knowledge and confidence
- Ability to take direction and open to learning new skills
- A passion for hospitality and looking after people
- The ability to stay calm under pressure
- We are looking for friendly, hard-working team-players with excellent communication skills & a desire to exceed customer expectations who are flexible & respond quickly & positively to our customers and fellow team members
