Osprey Holidays are an award-winning Edinburgh based Tour Operator offering tailor-made holidays to Europe and an ever-growing programme of UK destinations and itineraries. We have 2 sales roles available as part of our busy reservations team, based in our Edinburgh office.
We’re looking for a bright, personable individual with a keen eye for detail, capable of working well under pressure and committed to providing exceptional levels of customer service. You will be building itineraries and selling tailor made holidays over the phone mostly to travel agents but also directly to the public.
The ideal candidates will demonstrate a high level of spoken and written English, excellent communication skills, flexibility and previous experience in the travel industry is also required. The successful candidate will report to the Product Manager and be working as part of a small team where flexibility and excellent team working skills are essential.
A good understanding and first-hand experience of European city and short break destinations will be an advantage as will experience of UK breaks, in particular Scotland and its popular tours and itineraries including the North Coast 500.

Basic Salary £19,410 pa plus commission (OTE £23,000+)
