We are currently looking to hire a Team Administrator for our Investment business based in Edinburgh.

  • The Team Administrator provides support to the Client facing Investment teams in delivering a high level of service to clients, introducers and other members of staff.
  • The main responsibility of the role is ensuring the general administration of the Client facing team is carried out in an efficient and compliant manner.
  • To ensure that administrative and client support is provided to the highest level, in a timely fashion, with a high level of accuracy.
  • To ensure that all ad hoc administrative projects are delivered to the highest standards and in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • To contribute to an effective and positive risk management culture at the firm, taking responsibility for identifying, escalating and mitigating risks.

Skills required to undertake the role:

  • Interest in financial markets and the wider workings of investment management.
  • Proven organisation, planning and prioritising skills.
  • Track record of dealing with limited client complaints.
  • Ability to understand and assimilate complex information.
  • An aptitude for oral, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage diverse clients, Professional Advisers, investment managers and product providers.
