Introduction and Background

Following the success of our previous intakes we are seeking to train and develop an additional team of school leavers in permanent roles within our Customer Operations department where you will complete a Customer Service Apprenticeship.
What the role involves:
Using your first class communication skills, you’ll be responding to customer enquiries both written and verbally. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers are equipped with all of the information they need to make the right decision regarding their pension policies. You’ll answer calls in a courteous manner and deliver an excellent service to all customers.
Full training, support and equipment will be given.
This is an exciting opportunity to learn and develop within a large organisation as part of a first class team. We pride ourselves on our culture of support, staff retention and internal promotion.

What we want you to have:
- National 5 certificates in Maths & English
- Two Highers of any subject
- A desire to help customers
- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail
