Award winning restaurant Castle Terrace, nestled underneath Edinburgh Castle in Edinburgh is looking for a talented and ambitious Pastry Chef to join the team.

Castle Terrace Restaurant by chef patron Chef Dominic Jack has received numerous awards and accolades since it opened in July 2010. The restaurant is renowned for its French cooking techniques using seasonal Scottish produce. The ‘From Nature to Plate’ philosophy is reflected throughout with great focus on seasonality and attention to detail.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a strong and passionate team, committed to showcasing the very best of Scotland’s produce.
