JOB
We are looking for a KP/Commis chef to work flexible hours in a busy restaurant.
Knowledge, passion for food, basic food preparation and basic food techniques are essential for the role. Main duties will include: general KP tasks e.g. sanitisation of dishes/kitchen. This is not an exhaustive list and will include other tasks such as starter section when required.
There will be the opportunity to move to other sections with hard work and passion.
Must be available to start immediately.
Salary to be discussed at interview.
Would suit a student working towards a HNC Professional cookery course.
this is a part time position (2-3 nights a week)
