Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Part-Time Customer Service Representative. The pay is £500 weekly, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various online channels, including email, call and social media.
Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
– Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
– Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service.
Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Proficiency in using computers and online communication tools.
– Prior customer service experience is a plus.
