EE Live is Scotland’s foremost electronic music promoter, responsible for the incredibly successful Terminal V brand as well as bringing the likes of other global events to Scotland inc Hot Dub Time Machine, Trick, el row and much more to Scotland’s Capital City. The company also owns and operates Scotland wide club brand Nightvision.

Since its inception in 2017, Terminal V has experienced exponential growth with 5k people attending to the upcoming 10th edition in April 2024 which will see 40,000 attend over the weekend.

Job Description

The main purpose of this job is to support the EE Live Marketing Team across a variety of tasks across our many campaigns.

From creating and posting social media content to writing email campaigns and assisting with tasks relating to Terminal V Records and much more – variety is guaranteed in this role and it’s ideal for someone with a Marketing Qualification looking for experience in a collaborative, fast paced and creative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist on a variety of marketing focussed tasks across all EE Live brands
  • Plan & execute social media content on all EE Live owned channels (twitter, Instagram, Facebook You Tube, Tik-Tok)
  • Oversee the capture of UGC style Tik-Tok content at our events for future marketing use
  • Writing email campaigns utilising applications such as MailChimp for regular mail outs to our customer base.
  • Draft social media copy for use on our channels
  • Test email campaign performance via A-B testing and data analysis.
  • Assist with Terminal V podcast and record label management.
  • Ensure all websites are up to date at all times including regular blogs/podcasts/latest info.
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and develop interaction.
  • Ensure all ticket agencies are always marketing our events and have the latest relevant content.
  • Measure and analyse all marketing campaigns and relay the information to relevant parties in a well presented and clear format
  • Provide customer care via email and social media platforms
  • Liaise with agencies on media support from acts and partners
  • Assist with content creation
  • Develop festival Instagram influencers database

Key skills/Experience

  • Recently completed a Digital Media/Marketing courese OR relevant experience.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong content
  • A keen interest and strong knowledge of electronic music
  • A Strong understanding of current social media trends
  • Fluent in digital marketing platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Google, Tik-Tok YouTube & more.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience in email marketing.
  • Experience with Tik-Tok content creation via apps such as CapCut is a bonus but not essential
