• The ideal candidate will have worked in a kitchen or with food previously and share a genuine passion for cooking/food • Food Hygiene Level 1 & 2 certificate desired, but training will be available • Previous experience in fast-paced, customer service roles • Be able to follow instructions and use your own initiative when working alone • Good communication skills – this is vital during busy serving times • A great work ethic and attitude – ability to work well in a team • The ability to react quickly to new environments and situations • Ability to work efficiently and keep calm, under pressure
