EE Live is Scotland’s foremost electronic music promoter, responsible for the incredibly successful Terminal V brand as well as bringing the likes of other global events to Scotland inc Hot Dub Time Machine, Trick, el row and much more to Scotland’s Capital City. The company also owns and operates Scotland wide club brand Nightvision.

Since its inception in 2017, Terminal V has experienced exponential growth with 5k people attending to the upcoming 10th edition in April 2024 which will see 40,000 attend over the weekend.

Job Description

The main purpose of this job is to assist and develop all aspects of graphic design for EE Live, across a variety of digital, print, web, motion, etc. You will ensure that all aspects of artwork are taken care of from creating fresh assets  when required to resizing existing artwork for campaigns. It is essential that you are creative with the ability to communicate your concept effectively. You will be heavily involved in the creative campaigns for all EE Live brands, in particular our flagship event brand Terminal V.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and deliver exciting, engaging, and creative graphics and visuals across a variety of different platforms for all EE Live brands to drive sales, engagement, brand awareness and support marketing campaigns.
• Produce a wide range of assets based on brand campaigns and templates, working to tight deadlines for our events.
• Assist with designs and graphics for new EE Live projects.
• Edit/produce video content for EE Live events.
• Work closely with our senior graphic designers /relative agencies/freelancers and content creators where relevant to ensure all design materials are aligned and follow specified brand guidelines.


Key skills/Experience

• Proven experience working within a fast-paced design / marketing department
• Strong proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud. Particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Ability in After Effects/Premiere and video editing would be a helpful bonus
• Experience using WordPress
• Strong understanding of the design process , from brief to final execution, and all the key delivery channels .
• Excellent organisational skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure and multi-task to meet deadlines .
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency .
• Experience of editing and producing video content for digital platforms.
• Experience of accurately preparing design artwork ready for print .
• Experience of creating design artwork for social media and digital advertising.
• Understanding of current design trends
