Job Description
Development Coordinator Full-Time; Permanent position £24,419-£28,339 DOE
The Development Office works closely with the Heriot’s community, inspiring active participation between the school and a 10,000-strong extended community of former pupils, parents and friends worldwide. The Development Office actively engages with this community, promoting the continuation of Heriots’ ethos, fundraising for the Foundation, bursaries and other key school projects and linking former and current pupils to enhance learning opportunities for all.
The Development Co-ordinator works closely with staff across School to maximise Development opportunities. They are responsible for managing the new community engagement CRM platform/database, ensuring data accuracy and extracting information and collating reports. The Development Co-ordinator assists with donor stewardship, engagement projects and events. As such an outward looking personality with experience of building lasting customer relationships and with good technical aptitude would be suitable.
Hours of Work: 37 hours a week; Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 5pm as agreed.
