Within the Food Hall, we have Scotland’s national chef Gary MacLean’s Creel Caught, Salt & Chilli Oriental from Jimmy Lee, amazing burgers from El Perro Negro, sublime sourdough pizzas from east PIZZAS, outrageously good Sri Lankan street food from Kochchi, Scotland’s best gelato from Joelato, delicious delicacies from Leith Woks, plus boutique bottleshop from Inverarity Morton, and artisanal coffees from Cairngorm Coffee.

We really do have some of the country’s best chefs and shops serving up some of Scotland’s best food and drink! And not only do you get to work alongside the men and women behind these incredible businesses, but you’ll also be joining a loyal and supportive management team.
