Financial Services Administration Assistant (Technical Assistant)
Johnston Carmichael Wealth has a heritage which spans over three decades, and to date, we have evolved into a team of over 60 staff incorporating Financial Planning, Technical Support and Specialist Teams, Operations and a Client Care Team. We operate across 12 offices and our team of Financial Planners have a combined experience of over 300 years.
We are currently recruiting for a Technical Assistant to work with the Financial Planners and Technical Teams to ensure we deliver the best service to our client base.
The successful candidate will be:
- Friendly and outgoing
- Have good IT Skills including working knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication & numerical skills
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service experience
- Willing to learn
In addition to this it would be beneficial if the candidate has:
- Experience of office administration
- Knowledge of financial products
- Experience of meeting deadlines
