Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Care/Telesales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to engage potential customers effectively. This role involves, taking and processing accurately customer orders both over the telephone and electronically via email and various portals, promoting our products and services, and providing excellent customer care contributing to our overall sales and service goals. Proficiency in English is essential,
Responsibilities
– Answer Inbound calls from existing and potential new customers to promote products and services.
-Key customer orders from various portals.
– Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
– Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to improve sales strategies.
– Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service knowledge.
Experience
– Previous experience in similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
– Strong verbal communication skills in English
– A positive attitude,
– Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.

Hours
25 hours per week Tuesday – Saturday 6pm til 11pm
