Job Number: 26622 Contract: Full Time / Permanent Hourly rate £9.75 for under 21’s Hourly rate £9.75 for aged 21 or over

Description:

•B2B Retail Account Executive •30-45 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours

As part of your role, you’ll be responsible for:

•Building the SME customer base by contacting prospects and making connections

•Coaching colleagues on our b2b proposition

•Managing existing accounts, nurturing and maintaining relationships

•Adding value will be second nature to you, and you’ll continue to build knowledge that benefits our customers, the store and your career.

You will need:

•A desire to understand how to connect businesses with tech

•Confidence to approach and maintain relationships with our regular business customers

•The ability to build great rapport quickly and efficiently

•A commitment to offering great customer service
