Community Cafe Supervisor
Main Duties
Preparing food (including soup, scones and cakes) for sale in the shop and cafe.
- Preparing meals and drinks for customers on demand.
- Cleaning kitchen and cafe area.
- Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health and Safety standards are met, as set out in training materials.
- Supervising kitchen volunteers in carrying out these duties.
Terms and Conditions
Hours of work: 12 hours per week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Additional Hours: You may be asked to work extra hours, which would be paid at your standard hourly rate, and you are free to decline with no penalty.
Place of Work: The Penicuik Storehouse, 22 High Street, Penicuik EH26 8HW.
Salary: Hourly rate of pay is £9.90.
