Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Assistant to join our busy communications team.

You should be a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills, being the first point of contact to customers enquiring about booking our Hanover Conference Centre and meeting rooms.  You will follow this through efficiently with the scheduling of events, monitoring and purchasing of catering supplies, set up of room on the day including moving equipment, video conferencing, projector and other IT equipment set up you will also be responsible for the basic maintenance of the rooms.
