Job Description
The Musselburgh Golf Club at Monktonhall, Musselburgh, EH21 6SA are seeking a full-time chef and a cook to supply a catering service for our members and guests. The chef would be responsible for all matters relating to the kitchen, including stock ordering/stock control. They would also be responsible for all health and safety/hygiene procedures in the kitchen.
The hours of work are between 9-5pm although there is the requirement to cover club dinners and occasional events.
Benefits include a company pension scheme, great holidays, onsite parking, sociable hours and a great rate of pay. The chef’s rate of pay is negotiable but not less than £13.50ph. The cook’s rate of pay is also negotiable, but not less than £12.50ph.
