Breakfast Team Member (Part-Time) – Edinburgh
At Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel, we have an exciting opening to join our team as a Breakfast Team Member…
We are looking for someone who can commit to Part-Time, across 20 hours per week (weekend availability is essential). Your shift pattern will involve 6am start times. Being flexible would be a great plus!
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days – this means we can offer great flexibility if required. At Kimpton we encourage our Team Members to Be Yourself and Lead Yourself! We will be there to support you each step of the way.
We are paying 11.60 per hour plus service charge, all overtime is paid for.
As a Breakfast Team Member your main duties and responsibilities will be welcoming our guests to breakfast, seating them and explaining our breakfast concept to them. You will keep an eye on the breakfast buffet, ensuring everything is stocked and is clean and tidy. You will also ensure guests have everything they require, take any additional breakfast orders and serve our guests with teas and coffees to contribute to our excellent breakfast scores. To smash this role out of the park, the key skills & experience you’ll ideally already have are:
- Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, Barista, Bartender or Host (within Breakfast is beneficial)
- Confidence in delivering great service, have a can-do attitude and always willing to help out where needed
- Passion for providing positive guest experiences, you will be someone who loves to interact with our guests!
- Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
