Service Booking Agent (Call Centre)

Group Call Centre, Broxburn

Salary up to £20,000 + commission

What does the call centre job entail?

  • Daily outbound telephone contact with customers to arrange service appointments
  • Maintaining knowledge by keeping up to date with latest product information and system developments
  • Using manufacturer software in conjunction with dealer management system to provide a quality service
  • Engaging with customers to build rapport and understand their service/repair requirements
  • Identifying customer needs, guiding them towards the product/service which will best meet their requirements
  • Providing accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, ensuring the customer is fully aware of costs and timescales involved, setting expectations accordingly
  • Discuss with customers the purchase of key products offered by the company and explaining the benefits of genuine parts and accessories
  • Developing a sound knowledge of multiple manufacturer aftersales processes
  • Accurate data entry of customer and vehicle information
  • Treating customers fairly and with professionalism at all times
  • Handling incoming service calls
  • Assisting with other tasks as directed
