Restoration Yard is a gorgeous lifestyle store, food hall, restaurant, coffee bar and wellbeing space in the stableyard area of Dalkeith Country Park, a beautiful 1,000 acre space owned by the Duke of Buccleuch. We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team.
As Kitchen Porter you will assist the chefs in maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment and will be required to carry out heavy duty cleaning and lifting duties on a regular basis. Candidates should have the ability to use an industrial dishwasher and chemical cleaning products. Some light food preparation may also be involved.

Working hours are 24 to 30 per week and will include weekends.
