orking pattern:
Full-time; 37 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 across various patterns between 8.00am-10.00pm
Part-time; minimum 25 hours per week, various patterns between 8.00am-10.00pm, requests accommodated if compatible with business need

The role:
First point of contact for HMRC customers (phone, letter, email, webchat) Resolve/signpost customer queries
Person specification:
•Strong communication skills
•Dedication to high level service
•Ability to handle fast-paced conversations
•Ability to provide quick, clear information
•Supportive and enthusiastic attitude
•Ability to do basic calculations
