-Previous experience in catering/food service role.
-Food Safety Qualification desirable but not essential.
-Awareness of food & hygiene standards.
-Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes challenging environment.
-Excellent organisation skills.
-Good team player as well as ability to work on own initiative.
-Great communication and customer service skills.
-Hours of work variable so flexibility required weekend work included.
-assisting in the preparation of hot and cold foods.
-maintaining high level of cleanliness of the kitchen.
-follow food safety standards.
-ensure all food is stored safely and at correct temperature.
-assist with special events and buffets when required.
