Cheval Abbey Strand at Holyrood has nine individually designed, luxury apartments in the heart of Royal Edinburgh and are currently recruiting a part time Concierge to join their team.
This role requires a hospitality professional, a natural host, who enjoys multiskilling and is prepared to deal with all aspects of Front of House and housekeeping from the guest arrival right through to their departure, dedicated to delivering excellent standards every time for our guests.

As Concierge, you will be in a role that offers great variety and opportunity to provide service excellence. You will be assisting the guests with their check in, luggage, showing them their apartment and taking every opportunity to make our guests’ stay is an exceptional one.
As well as looking after every aspect of the guest’s stay you will look after the day-to-day operations of the residence, ensuring that everything is running smoothly. You will be responsible for the presentation of the residence and apartments which will include housekeeping duties and reporting of any maintenance issues. In addition to this, you will be required to carry out administration duties, emails, ordering linen, and reporting any supply requirements to the supervisor.

Competitive Salary plus benefits.
Shift pattern: generally 9am – 5pm, 2 days per week.
