REKOM are looking for a passionate Channel Activation Manager to engage and drive footfall via multiple channels at ATIK, Edinburgh. 

ATIK threw open its doors in 2017 to a capacity crowd who warmly welcomed Edinburgh’s newest nightclub into their city.  The building that ATIK calls home is steeped in history and the many different guises it has been over the years has entertained countless customers and helped make many memories.  In 2016 the club featured in Trainspotting 2 and welcomed a few famous faces through its doors.

ATIK boasts three distinct rooms which caters for all tastes, the main dance room called ATIK, retro tastes are catered for in the Vinyl room and Curve a luxurious room with an intimate atmosphere playing the latest RnB hits. What can you do for us?

This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate should have experience in the promotions and marketing of multiple venues and can demonstrate strong social media skills, an outgoing personality and dynamic leadership style in driving the team. The working week is fluid and includes both day and evening hours. Salary dependant on experience and training!

What can we do for you?

REKOM is proud to offer:

  • An annual salary of £22,000 – £24,000 per annum, depending on experience;
  • The opportunity to join the largest late-night operator in Denmark, Norway, Finland and the UK; and
  • Many support functions via our HUB office and senior management team.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • FIXR management and rep activation;
  • Driving the promotions team to increase the footfall for each trading session;
  • Communicate to the promotions team about promotional offers applicable to each trading session;
  • Liaise with management about opposition content and footfall and any other relevant information;
  • Ensure that you are well informed of the content for each trading session such as entry and drinks pricing, content, DJs and music policy;
  • Upselling of booths;
  • Overseeing the general growth of admissions through promotional activities; and
  • Providing the management team with ideas for future promotions and marketing ideas, and much much more!
  • Delivering social media content to support the calendar of events.

All applicants must be well presented, professional, a good communicator with excellent overall operational standards. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.

This is a full time and permanent role that will see you working shift patterns that include evenings and weekends, so you must be flexible in terms of the hours required of you.  This is by no means a 9 to 5 role and all applicants should take this into consideration.
