- Care Practitioner Afternoons/Evenings – Edinburgh
- Care Practitioner Weekends – Edinburgh
Start Date: Depending on Candidate availability / Immediate start available
Location: Edinburgh
Rate: £10.25 p/h

Job Responsibilities
- Provide a professional service to our Clients in their own homes and assist them to maintain as high a level of independence as possible.
- Always representing the company in a positive manner.
- Working to the principles of the Health & Social Care Standards – Care at Home and working within the policies and guidelines of Time for You Care.
- Assisting with all identified aspects of care for the individual.
- Liaise with social work and district nurse as and when required.
- Update Co-ordinator with any additional information if an individual’s care plan needs change as and when required.
