Want to work from the comfort of your own home? Would you like to join a market leading research company as a Call Handler?

The Recruitment Co. is excited to be hiring on behalf of a global leader within the market research industry.

Location: Work remotely from the comfort of your own home as a Call Handler. (some In-house positions will also be available, based in Edinburgh)

Call Handler pay rate: £9.50 per hour + holiday pay. We pay weekly!

About the Call Handler role:
You’ll be making outbound calls to members of the public, students and various businesses
Conducting surveys, simply asking people’s opinions and accurately capturing the participants’ responses
You will always work from a scripted questionnaire making it a simple and easy process

We’re looking for Call Handlers with a customer service background whether that be face to face or by phone. Call centre experience is not essential!

For this role you must have the following equipment:
Windows 10 software (PC or laptop)
Broadband
Headset/Earphones with microphone
Quiet room with no disturbances

Shift times working as a work from home Call Handler:
Friday 5pm – 9pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am – 2.30pm or 2.30pm – 7pm
You must be able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
