Barback – Edinburgh
Gaucho are looking for an enthusiastic Barback to join one of our Gaucho teams! The ideal Barback candidate will be eager to learn and want to grow within the company. You will need enthusiasm, energy and have the ability to work well within a team.
Key responsibilities of the Barback
- To adhere to all company rules, regulations and procedures
- Full commitment to wine, spirit, cocktail and minerals
- Receiving Goods
- Stock rotation
- To complete the daily/weekly cleaning schedule
- Support bar staff at all times to ensure smooth flow of service
- To ensure the bar is stocked prior to and during shift
Requirements for Gaucho Barback
- Basic knowledge of English
- Enthusiasm and passion for cocktails and spirits
- Be confident in a busy, high end environment
