Job Description
The Witchery by the Castle, one of Scotland’s most famous restaurants, is seeking a highly-experienced, enthusiastic and well-presented professional to join our bar team.
As you would expect of such a high-profile establishment, a passion for exceptional customer care, eye for detail and enthusiasm to work as a key part of a committed team are essential.
To be considered for this position you should be Edinburgh-based.
Previous experience in a similar level of dining will be looked upon preferably. An ability to work under pressure and an excellent level of spoken English are also required.

Salary: £9.50 per hour plus substantial gratuities
