Job Description

Job Title: Administration Assistant – Strategic Asset Planning

This post will be based at Link’s Edinburgh office or base as agreed (however, Link are currently piloting a hybrid working model and so there may be opportunities for home working).

The Role

We are looking for an Administration Assistant who will provide a comprehensive range of professional, effective and efficient administrative services and support to the Strategic Asset Planning team.

The postholder will assist in the administration and management of existing energy assets and production of information and data returns to support claims for Renewable Heat Incentive and Feed in Tariff.

The successful candidate will assist with the administration of energy supplier arrangements for offices and domestic common supplies and billing arrangements including third party contracts. In addition, the role involves identifying when Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) are due, investment works have been completed and requesting updated EPC from our Domestic Energy Assessors, uploading and validating new EPC data in Link’s Housing Management System (Aareon).

 

About You

With proven experience in a service delivery role, the Administration Assistant will have knowledge of and commitment to excellent customer care as well as experience of delivering services against a range of key performance indicators.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills and organisational skills with flexibility to provide a proactive and responsive service are essential for this role. The successful candidate will have demonstrable knowledge, understanding and application of software packages including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Salary: £18,723.00 – £23,715.00 per annum (dependant on skills and experience)
Location: Edinburgh or base as agreed (however, Link are currently piloting a hybrid working model and so there may be opportunities for home working).
